Compensation and Benefits
Starn O'Toole Marcus & Fisher offers a competitive associate salary scale at or above most every other law firm in Hawaii. Our purpose is to attract and retain the best and brightest attorneys in Hawaii. In addition, associates may earn substantial discretionary annual year-end bonuses based on associate and firm performance for the fiscal year. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 3 weeks paid vacation after one year of employment and each year thereafter, group life insurance, group long-term disability insurance, medical and dental insurance, parking, and a 401k retirement plan after one year of continuous employment.
1st Year Associate: $90,000 per annum
2nd Year Associate: $93,000 per annum
3rd Year Associate: $96,000 per annum
4th Year Associate: $99,000 per annum
5th Year Associate: $102,000 per annum
6th Year Associate: $106,000 per annum
7th Year Associate: $110,000 per annum
