Decades of Experience in Hawaii Litigation, Real Estate and Business Law

Peter Starn was a senior real estate partner at Hawaii’s oldest and largest law firm when he and top corporate law associate Duane Fisher left with two legal assistants in 1994 to start the firm. Starn’s reputation for legal brilliance and our strong motivation to provide clients with innovative solutions to complex problems helped develop a thriving practice in Honolulu, adding five attorneys through 1999.

The Hawaii litigation and business law firm entered a new era when Terrence J. O'Toole and Kenneth B. Marcus joined, respectively adding substantial depth of experience to the Litigation and Real Estate practice groups.

Today, the firm consists of 23 attorneys: 8 attorneys practice in our Real Estate Law and Business Law practice group, and 15 attorneys in Litigation.
