H. Shan Wirt

Ms. Wirt concentrates her practice in the area of commercial and civil litigation.  She has assisted in the representation of clients, ranging from multi-million dollar corporations to small businesses and individuals, in matters involving issues such as corporate governance, trust administration, contract issues, foreclosure and summary possession.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Wirt’s practice focused on defense representation in a range of employment, contract, real property and tort litigation. 

While in law school, Ms. Wirt was Editor-in-Chief of the Asian-Pacific Law & Policy Journal and a two-term member of the ABA Client Counseling Moot Court Team.  She also served as a volunteer law clerk for the Late Honorable John S.W. Lim of the State of Hawai'i Intermediate Court of Appeals. 

Prior to practicing law, Ms. Wirt worked for one of the state’s largest public relations firms, as well as a well-regarded boutique firm, specializing in media relations and integrated marketing communications for the tourism and hospitality industry.
