Kevin K. Hallstrom

Kevin Hallstrom represents clients ranging from large institutions to individuals in the areas of real estate, land use and zoning, business structure and operations, and commercial transactions. His practice particularly focuses on the purchase and sale of real estate, title and entitlement due diligence, real estate development, commercial leases, telecommunication site leases, as well as local land use and zoning issues.

Mr. Hallstrom was born in Honolulu and raised on Oahu’s windward side.  After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Brigham Young University, Mr. Hallstrom taught ninth grade geography for two years before attending law school at the William S. Richardson School of Law in Honolulu.  Mr. Hallstrom speaks conversational French and served a two-year mission for Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (1999-2001) in Nouméa, New Caledonia.

Mr. Hallstrom is admitted before all Hawai‘i courts and the United States District Court for the District of Hawai‘i.  He is a member of the Hawai‘i State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
