Mr. Peng focuses his practice in the area of commercial litigation. He is admitted to the Hawaii Bar and the United States District Court for the District of Hawaii.

Prior to joining Starn O’Toole Marcus & Fisher, Mr. Peng clerked for the Honorable Clyde J. Wadsworth at the Hawaii Intermediate Court of Appeals, where he gained valuable experience handling complex commercial, labor and employment, and corporate law cases.

Mr. Peng earned his Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School, where he was a Notes Editor for the Stanford Law & Policy Review. During law school, he was a legal extern at the U.S. Attorney’s Office at the Eastern District of New York and was a summer associate in the California offices of two multinational law firms.
