11 Starn O'Toole Marcus & Fisher Attorneys Recognized by 2019 Best Lawyers List. Four Lawyers of the Year in Honolulu for 2019

Starn O’Toole Marcus & Fisher is proud to announce that 11 firm attorneys have been been recognized by the 2018 Best Lawyers in America© list.

Peter Starn has been selected to the 2019 Best Lawyers In America® list in multiple practice areas, and this year added recognition in the practice area of Mergers & Acquisitions. He has over 45 years experience in commercial real estate development, entitlements and operations, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions.

Terence “Terry” J. O’Toole has been selected to the 2019 Best Lawyers In America® list in multiple litigation practice areas and named 2019 “Lawyer of the Year” in Honolulu, Bet-The-Company Litigation. He has over 45 years experience in complex commercial litigation.

Ken Marcus has been selected to the 2019 Best Lawyers In America® list in multiple practice areas, this year adding recognition in the practice area of Land Use & Zoning Law. His focus is on commercial real estate development, finance, leasing, purchases and sales, with expertise in the hotel industry. He has 40 years of experience in the areas of commercial real estate law, development, finance, leasing, purchases and sales.

Duane R. Fisher has been selected to the 2019 Best Lawyers In America® list in multiple transactional practice areas. His practice focus is in the areas of real estate law, hotels and resorts, construction law, business structure and operations and commercial transactions.
