12 Starn O'Toole Marcus & Fisher Attorneys Selected for Inclusion to the 2016 Hawaii Super Lawyers List and "Rising Star" List

Starn O’Toole Marcus & Fisher is proud to announce that twelve firm attorneys have been selected for inclusion to the 2016 Hawaii Super Lawyers and 2016 Hawaii Super Lawyers, "Rising Star" list. Each year, the firm has steadily increased the number of attorneys recognized by the entity. This year Mark J. Bennett and Judith Ann Pavey were selected to the 2016 Hawaii Super Lawyers, "Top 25" list, Business Litigation.

Only 2.5% of Hawaii lawyers may be selected as Rising Stars, and 5% of Hawaii lawyers may be selected to the Hawaii Super Lawyers list. Only 25 make the Hawaii "Top 25" list.

Peter Starn has been selected to the 2016 Hawaii Super Lawyers® list in the practice area of Real Estate Law. He has over 40 years experience in commercial real estate development, entitlements and operations, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions.

Terence J. O’Toole has been selected to the 2016 Hawaii Super Lawyers® list in the practice area of Business Litigation. O’Toole is also named to the Best Lawyers in America list, Chambers and Partners USA and Benchmark Litigation. He has over 40 years experience in complex commercial litigation.

Ken Marcus has been selected to the 2016 Hawaii Super Lawyers® list in the practice area of Real Estate Law. Mr. Marcus focuses on commercial real estate development, finance, leasing, purchases and sales, with particular expertise in the hotel industry. He is a member of the ISHC.
