Mr. Starn is also named to the Best Lawyers in America and Chambers USA lists and has 45 years experience in commercial real estate development, entitlements and operations, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions.
Terence “Terry” J. O’Toole has been named to the 2017 Hawaii Super Lawyers list in the practice area of commercial litigation. Mr. O’Toole was also selected to the 2011 Hawaii Super Lawyers® “Top 25” list, named as a “Lawyer of the Year” in Honolulu numerous times by Best Lawyers In America®, and named a “Star” by Chambers USA each year since 2009.
Kenneth B. Marcus has been named to the 2017 Hawaii Super Lawyers list, Real Estate Law. He has also been selected to the Hawaii Super Lawyers “Top 25” list three times and named a Best Lawyers® 2017, “Lawyer of the Year” in Honolulu. His focus is commercial real estate development, finance, leasing, purchases and sales, with expertise in the hotel industry.
Duane R. Fisher has been named to the 2017 Hawaii Super Lawyers list, Real Estate Law. Sharon V. Lovejoy has been named to the 2017 Hawaii Super Lawyers list, Commercial Litigation. Ms. Lovejoy, a Director of the firm, is a Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America and Federal Bar Association, and past-President of the Federal Bar Association-Hawaii Chapter. Her focus is in commercial, real estate and business litigation.
