Starn O’Toole Marcus & Fisher, in conjunction with Seattle based, Marler Clark, have reached a preliminary settlement of up to $4,500,000.00 in a class action lawsuit filed on behalf of those who were exposed to hepatitis A related to eating at Genki Sushi restaurants in Hawaii in 2016, but who did not become ill with hepatitis A.
