Court Orders Parties in Hepatitis Lawsuit to Mediate Claims

February 7, 2017 | Share

On Tuesday, January 31, 2017, Judge Jeanette Castagnetti of the First Circuit Court ordered all of the parties into a mediation (where a neutral third party works to help the cases settle) with the hopes of settling all of the cases without having to resort to a trial in court.

This is a positive step forward for all potential plaintiffs and we encourage anyone who has been injured as a result of the Hepatitis A outbreak to contact our office (808-537-6100) for more information.
