Firm Director, Doug Chin, has been featured in Expert Forum, a Law and Policy Analysis blog published by The American Constitution Society. Mr. Chin's contribution, "Getting Front and Center to Confront Prejudice", coincides with Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month and is part of a blog series highlighting the work of state attorney generals.
In Hawaii vs. Trump, Mr. Chin was the first attorney general in the nation to successfully obtain an injunction to stop the President’s second and third executive orders banning travel from certain Muslim-majority countries. The case received national exposure and was eventually heard by the United States Supreme Court.
