Ivan Lui-Kwan, a Director of Starn O'Toole Marcus & Fisher, has been appointed Chairman of the Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) Board. Don Horner, former Chairman of First Hawaiian Bank, was elected the Vice Chair Person.
Mr. Lui-Kwan's prior distinguished service to the community includes positions as the Director of Budget and Financial Services for the City and County of Honolulu and as the Chief Operating Officer for the Queens Hospital Health Systems.
