Ms. Kagawa focuses her practice in the areas of real estate and commercial transactions. She earned her Juris Doctor from William S. Richardson School of Law, University of Hawaii at Manoa, graduating with honors. Ms. Kagawa is admitted to the Hawaii Bar.
