Starn O’Toole Marcus & Fisher law firm is proud to announce the promotion of two attorneys. Mr. Mateo Caballero has been promoted to Senior Litigation Counsel, and Ms. Christina N. Ohira has been promoted to Senior Real Estate Counsel.

Mateo Caballero represents corporate, government, and individual clients in advisory, regulatory, and complex litigation matters. Mateo has substantial experience in matters involving fraud claims, constitutional claims, administrative law, real estate transactions, internal investigations, contract disputes, and anti-trust claims. Mateo is experienced in all phases of litigation and administrative actions, including argument and briefing before federal and state courts and administrative agencies.

Christina N. Ohira concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate law, hotels and resorts, business structure and operations, and commercial transactions. Ms. Ohira has received Martindale-Hubbell's highest possible “AV” rating for her legal skill and integrity. Ms. Ohira is a member of the American Bar Association and the Hawaii State Bar Association, and serves as the 2016 Chair of the Real Property & Financial Services Section of the Hawaii State Bar Association.
