Robert J. Brown has joined Starn O'Toole Marcus & Fisher law firm as a litigation associate. Mr. Brown will focus his practice in the area of civil litigation. He earned his JD from William S. Richardson School of Law, University of Hawaii at Manoa. Mr. Brown served as Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the City & County of Honolulu prior to joining the firm.
